Special Needs Supermom Products
Never ending to-do lists, constantly running behind the facts, no time for myself, always feeling I haven’t accomplished or done anything at the end of the day, yet in the evening slumped on the coach not being able to listen to the stories of my kids and husband or interact because I was exhausted.
That was, until my therapist told me to:
1. Write down all.the.things I do on a day. All.the.things. Including the time they take! Like driving supergirl to school back and fort, walk the dog, do laundry, get groceries, handle medical appointments, unload dishwasher… Turned out I do a ton of sh*t a day (yay me) but also underestimate the time these stupid things take.
2. Pencil these in my agenda. Yikes.
3. Then write down my other to-do’s for client work, recording a podcast, bookkeeping and what not. Plus the time these tasks will take.
4. Now, look at agenda with penciled in every day stuff. How much time do you have left for your to-do’s?
6. Prioritize. If the world doesn’t end by you not finishing a to-do… it can weight!
The lessons I learned and got me out of burnout resulted in my very own Special Needs Supermom Planner. Helping me going from endless to-do’s to tadaaa at the end of the day. Helping me conquer time by making realistic plannings and find time to relax and recharge.
I hope it will help you find and recharge your superpowers too mom!
